Job Summary
Offering a part-time PRN opportunity, the Kansas Licensed Clinical Evaluator will conduct PASRR Level II assessments in local care settings, evaluating individuals to determine appropriate care recommendations while working in a hybrid environment that includes both remote and in-person assessments.
Key responsibilities
- Complete accurate PASRR Level II assessments by reviewing records and evaluating individuals' physical and psychological functioning
- Develop evidence-based level-of-care recommendations for individuals requiring long-term care placement
- Interact with healthcare professionals and families to support the assessment process while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Required qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Kansas license in a healthcare or related discipline (e.g., LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, RN with psychiatric specialty)
- Degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field with a minimum of 3 years of experience in mental health assessment
- At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities or serious mental illness
- Proficiency in medical record abstraction and review
- Strong clinical judgment and evidence-based assessment skills
