Kansas Licensed Clinical Operations Specialist
Job Summary
Engaging with members and providers, the full-time salaried Kansas Licensed Clinical Operations Specialist will perform complex administrative tasks to support the Clinical Operations team, identify cases for programs, and recommend improvements while working remotely from the Kansas City Metro region.
Key responsibilities
- Assist members in contacting providers and community agencies while educating them about benefits and programs
- Identify and refer cases that could benefit from internal and external Clinical Operations programs
- Analyze trends and recommend changes to meet departmental goals, including assisting with training and departmental testing of new technologies
Required qualifications
- Two years of college education (60 credit hours) or four years of healthcare experience
- Minimum of one year of clinical operations experience
- LPN license may be considered in place of experience
- Intermediate proficiency with technology applications and Microsoft Office products
- Must reside in the Kansas City Metro region
