Job Summary
To support quality improvement and care coordination initiatives, the full-time Kansas Licensed Clinical Quality Nurse will serve as a clinical liaison, collaborating with providers and internal teams to enhance quality outcomes, while working remotely, hybrid, or onsite.
Key responsibilities
- Support clinical quality improvement and value-based care initiatives by partnering with providers to enhance quality outcomes
- Provide clinical expertise related to quality measurement, including HEDIS metrics and performance improvement activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends and educational needs related to quality measurement and clinical performance
Required qualifications
- Current unrestricted Kansas Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor's in nursing or health-related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of RN clinical experience required
- Minimum 3 years' experience in clinical quality improvement or quality measurement activities preferred
- Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification required within two years of hire
