Kansas Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW) will provide virtual outpatient therapy for adult patients, conducting evaluations and treatment plans while collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and establish treatment plans for patients
• Provide individual and family therapy to adult patients, addressing various mental health diagnoses
• Collaborate with a network of support services, including psychiatry and case managers

Required qualifications

• Active Kansas LSCSW license required
• Proven experience in providing therapy services as an independently licensed clinician
• Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during CST hours
• Experience treating patients across varying acuity levels
• Telehealth experience preferred; familiarity with SmartCare is a plus
