Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Kansas Licensed Collection Representative will handle high-volume calls, negotiate payment arrangements for past-due medical balances, and consistently meet performance metrics while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage high-volume outbound and inbound calls with professionalism and confidence
• Negotiate payment arrangements that align with consumer needs and company goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and standards

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
• Ability to obtain Professional Collections Specialist (PCS) certification within one year of hire
• Reliable and responsible with a strong commitment to punctuality and productivity
• Experience navigating multiple computer applications and databases simultaneously
• Clear initial, ongoing, and annual identity, criminal, and background checks
