Job Summary
Working fully remote, the Kansas Licensed Collection Specialist will perform various administrative tasks within the Collections Department, becoming familiar with company processes, client requirements, and applicable collection laws.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare pay-off letters for banks and title companies
- Send itemized statements to debtors and assist Third Party Account Managers with administrative tasks
- Provide input for errors and irregularities while supporting special projects as assigned
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required; associate degree or post-high school courses preferred
- Previous administrative work experience in an office setting, with proficiency in Microsoft Applications, Outlook, and Excel
- Strong typing skills and previous customer service experience are helpful
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
