Kansas Licensed Collections Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Representative (KS) to join their remote collections team.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact consumers with past due balances to negotiate acceptable payment arrangements
• Assist consumers in resolving outstanding balances with professionalism and empathy
• Participate in ongoing training and transition to performance-based compensation structures

Required Qualifications

• Experience in customer service with a focus on conflict resolution
• Ability to self-manage in a remote work environment
• Access to a private workspace and reliable internet connection
• Experience in medical or other bill collection is preferred but not mandatory
• Commitment to attendance during training with no absences allowed
