Job Summary

Supporting the KanCare Clearinghouse Program, the full-time Kansas Licensed Customer Care Associate will provide quality customer service remotely, answering inquiries about Medicaid eligibility and maintaining accurate documentation in various systems.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding eligibility processes and provide program information for Family Medical and E&D/LTC Programs
  • Gather thorough documentation and accurately enter information into systems while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulations and policies
  • Deliver high-quality customer service by evaluating information received and asking appropriate follow-up questions
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent; post-secondary education preferred
  • Minimum of six (6) months' experience in customer service
  • Knowledge of Medicaid and managed care programs is preferred
  • Strong computer skills with experience in MS Office, Outlook, and navigating complex software systems
  • Ability to work in a dedicated workspace with internet speeds of 10 mbps upload and 50 mbps download
