Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research, resolve, and respond to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, claims, and complaints via telephone, written, and email communication
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and accurate manner according to company and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with peers and other departments to find appropriate solutions to problems and perform assigned job-related duties
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred college or continuing education courses in communications and/or medical related fields
  • Two years of experience navigating multiple computer systems
  • Two years of customer service experience
  • Must be comfortable working independently in a structured environment
