Kansas Licensed Electrical Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Electrical Designer specializing in Industrial and Water Facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and draft electrical systems using Revit 3D and Smartplant 3D, including power distribution diagrams and electrical schematics
• Ensure compliance with codes and standards while identifying scope changes and producing necessary design modifications
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver quality work efficiently and effectively, meeting internal and external customer expectations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Technology with a minimum of 4 years of electrical design experience, or a High School diploma with 8 years of related experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience using Revit for 3D modeling or Smartplant 3D
• Understanding of NEC code and ANSI/IEEE standards
• Experience working with multi-disciplined teams and subcontractors
• Design/Build or EPC project experience preferred
