Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Four-year college degree preferred but not required
• Completion of 12 months as an entry-level Financial Professional with necessary licensing
• Must pass FINRA Series 24 exam prior to stepping into a leadership role
• Ability to develop markets and sustain long-term client relationships
• Desire to assist others in planning and protecting their financial futures
