Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Four-year college degree preferred but not required
• Must have completed 12 months as an entry-level Financial Professional with necessary licensing
• Must pass the FINRA Series 24 exam before assuming a leadership role
• Ability to leverage personal networks to develop markets and maintain relationships
• Desire to assist others in planning for their financial futures
