Job Summary
A company is looking for a Licensed Health Insurance Agent to work remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls to assist individuals with understanding their coverages and selecting appropriate products
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and build relationships
- Assist with the workflow of applications for Medicare consideration and answer related questions
Required Qualifications
- Active Health or Health & Life Insurance License in the state of residence
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably with an inbound sales focus
- Healthcare experience, particularly with Medicare or the Affordable Care Act
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to complete a mandatory 4-week training program and pass client-specific assessments
