Kansas Licensed Hospitalist

Job Summary

To support a growing telemedicine practice, the full-time or part-time Kansas Licensed Hospitalist will manage patient admissions, consults, and rapid responses for critical access and community hospitals across multiple states while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide telemedicine care to patients in various critical access and community hospitals
• Collaborate with local clinical teams to enhance patient care and outcomes
• Handle admissions, consults, and code blue situations as needed

Required qualifications

• Board Certified in Internal Medicine
• Five years of experience as a hospitalist in a community hospital or larger
• Completion of ACGME-approved Internal Medicine residency training
• Active, unrestricted medical license in relevant states, with a preference for Kansas
• ACLS certification or willingness to obtain
