Job Summary

Providing technical and operational support within Integrated Absence Solutions Practice, the full-time Kansas Licensed IAS Consultant will partner with clients to assess their absence management needs, deliver expert guidance on leave regulations, and lead the implementation of absence management programs in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients to assess absence management needs and recommend customized solutions
• Act as a trusted advisor, delivering insights and strategies to optimize client absence programs
• Oversee the ongoing administration of absence programs, ensuring compliance and effective communication

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 4+ years of experience in absence management, benefits administration, or human resources consulting
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local leave regulations (e.g., FMLA, ADA)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS or absence management systems
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
