Job Summary

Providing in-home health evaluations, the full-time Kansas Licensed In-Home Physician will engage with patients to review medical histories, conduct physical evaluations, and facilitate connections to appropriate care while working remotely and traveling locally as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in-home health evaluations, including medication and medical history reviews, and physical assessments
• Build trusted relationships with patients to improve health outcomes and provide personalized care
• Perform virtual visits and offer diagnostic and preventive services as required

Required qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Kansas medical license
• Experience in providing in-home healthcare services
• Ability to travel locally and within licensed states as needed
• Comfortable working in diverse home environments
• Multi-state licenses preferred
