Job Summary

To provide in-home health evaluations, the part-time Kansas Licensed In-Home Physician will engage with patients in their homes, conducting assessments and connecting them with appropriate care while utilizing an iPad for clinical workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in-home health evaluations, including medication reviews and physical assessments
• Build trusted relationships with patients to improve health outcomes and connect them to necessary care
• Perform virtual visits and provide diagnostic and preventive services as needed

Required qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in Kansas
• Multi-state licenses preferred
• Experience in conducting health evaluations in diverse environments
• Ability to travel locally and within licensed states as needed
• Comfortable working in various home conditions, including potential allergens
