Job Summary

Seeking a Kansas Licensed In-Home Physician for a part-time per diem opportunity to conduct in-home health evaluations, engaging with patients to improve their health outcomes while working remotely and locally as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in-home health evaluations, including medication and medical history reviews, physical evaluations, and additional diagnostic tests as ordered
• Build trusted relationships with patients to provide personalized health assessments and connect them to appropriate care
• Utilize an iPad and clinical workflow for evaluations, ensuring a compassionate and thorough approach during each visit

Required qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in the coverage area
• Preferred multi-state licenses
• Experience in conducting health evaluations in diverse home environments
• Ability to travel locally and within licensed states as necessary
• Comfortable performing duties in homes with potential allergens or irritants
