Job Summary

To support personalized health evaluations, a Kansas Licensed In-Home Physician will conduct per diem home visits to engage with patients, review medical histories, and perform physical evaluations, all while working part-time in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in-home health evaluations, including medication and medical history reviews
• Build trusted relationships with patients to improve health outcomes and connect them to appropriate care
• Utilize an iPad and clinical workflow to facilitate evaluations and document findings

Required qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in the coverage area
• Preferred multi-state medical licenses
• Experience in conducting patient evaluations in home settings
• Ability to travel locally and within licensed states as needed
• Comfortable working in diverse home environments with potential allergens
