Job Summary

To support a growing network of healthcare professionals, a Kansas Licensed In-Home Physician will engage in part-time, remote evaluations, providing personalized health assessments and connecting patients with necessary care while working flexibly in various home environments.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home health evaluations, including medication and medical history reviews, and physical assessments
• Build trusted relationships with patients to improve health outcomes and facilitate connections to appropriate care
• Utilize technology for evaluations and perform virtual visits as needed, while ensuring compliance with health plan requirements

Required qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted medical license in the coverage area
• Preference for candidates with multi-state licenses
• Experience in conducting health evaluations in diverse home environments
• Ability to travel locally and within licensed states as required
