Job Summary

To provide personalized health evaluations in patients' homes, the part-time Kansas Licensed In-Home Physician will conduct thorough assessments, including medication reviews and physical evaluations, while engaging with patients to improve their health outcomes in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in-home health evaluations, including medication and medical history reviews
• Engage with patients to build trusted relationships and address their health concerns
• Perform virtual visits and provide diagnostic and preventive services as needed

Required qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in Kansas
• Preferred multi-state medical licenses
• Experience in conducting patient assessments in home settings
• Ability to travel locally and within licensed states as required
• Comfortable working in diverse home environments with potential allergens
