Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the part-time Kansas Licensed In-Home Physician will conduct health evaluations in patients' homes, engaging with individuals to review medical histories and perform physical assessments while utilizing an iPad for clinical workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in-home health evaluations lasting approximately 45 minutes, including medication reviews and physical assessments
• Build trusted relationships with patients to improve health outcomes and connect them to appropriate care
• Perform virtual visits as needed and provide diagnostic and preventive services as indicated

Required qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in the coverage area
• Preferred multi-state licenses
• Experience in conducting patient evaluations in diverse home environments
• Ability to travel locally and within licensed states
• Willingness to engage with patients in their home settings, accommodating various conditions
