Kansas Licensed In-Home Physician

Job Summary

To support personalized health evaluations, the part-time Kansas Licensed In-Home Physician will conduct in-home health assessments, engage with patients, and provide diagnostic and preventive services, working remotely and traveling locally as needed.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home health evaluations, including medication and medical history reviews and physical assessments
• Build trusted relationships with patients to improve health outcomes and connect them to appropriate care
• Utilize an iPad and clinical workflow for evaluations, performing virtual visits as necessary

Required qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted medical license in the coverage area
• Multi-state licenses preferred
• Experience in conducting health assessments in diverse home environments
• Ability to travel locally and within licensed states as needed
