Kansas Licensed In-Home Physician

Job Summary

To support a growing network of in-home health evaluations, a Kansas Licensed In-Home Physician will engage with patients in their homes on a per diem basis, conducting health assessments, reviewing medical histories, and providing personalized care without prescribing medications or altering treatment plans.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home health evaluations, including medication and medical history reviews and physical assessments
• Build trusted relationships with patients to improve health outcomes and connect them to appropriate care
• Utilize an iPad and clinical workflow to document evaluations and perform additional diagnostic tests as needed

Required qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted medical license in the coverage area
• Multi-state licenses preferred
• Experience in conducting patient assessments in diverse home environments
• Ability to travel locally and within licensed states as required
• Willingness to conduct virtual visits as necessary
