Job Summary

To support a growing network of in-home health evaluations, a part-time Kansas Licensed In-Home Physician will engage with patients in their homes, conducting comprehensive health assessments and building trusted relationships to improve health outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in-home health evaluations, including medication reviews and physical assessments
• Utilize an iPad and clinical workflow to document evaluations and provide necessary services
• Travel locally within licensed states and conduct virtual visits as required

Required qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in the coverage area
• Preferred multi-state licenses
• Ability to perform duties in diverse home environments
• Experience with in-home patient interactions
• Commitment to improving health outcomes for patients
