Job Summary
To support emergency response operations, the full-time Kansas Licensed Industrial First Aid Responder will maintain training, participate in safety meetings, and perform shift duties including medical supply checks and documentation, while working a rotating schedule of 12-hour shifts remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain up-to-date training on site-specific safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Participate in monthly emergency response team training and weekly safety meetings
- Conduct medical supply checks and maintain compliant medical record documentation
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a pre-hospital setting with valid EMT credentials
- Certification in First Aid, CPR, and AED
- Preferred experience in industrial emergency response and mass casualty training
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with local response agencies
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
