Kansas Licensed Inside Sales Advisor

Job Summary

To support individuals and families across Kansas in finding suitable health coverage, the full-time Kansas Licensed Inside Sales Advisor will engage in inbound and outbound calls to educate and enroll members in various health plans, while meeting sales goals and providing exceptional customer service, with the option to work remotely, hybrid, or onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls to convert leads into enrollments for individual and Medicare plans
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals while maintaining high productivity standards
• Provide ongoing education and support to clients regarding their health coverage options and benefits

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of internal sales experience or two years of customer service experience in a competitive sales environment
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Kansas Health, Accident, and Life Insurance license
• Experience in an inbound sales environment is preferred
• Working knowledge of individual product lines and relevant regulations is preferred
