Kansas Licensed Inside Sales Advisor

Job Summary

As a Kansas Licensed Inside Sales Advisor, the full-time role will involve educating and enrolling individuals and families in health coverage options through a combination of inbound and outbound calls, while also focusing on retention and meeting sales goals, with the flexibility to work remotely, hybrid, or onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize company sales models to convert leads into sales for various health insurance products
• Meet or exceed specific sales goals and maintain productivity standards through key performance indicators
• Complete required training and stay informed on relevant legislation and product details to effectively assist clients

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of internal sales experience or two years of customer service experience in a performance-based environment
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Kansas Health, Accident, and Life Insurance license
• Experience in an inbound sales environment is preferred
• Working knowledge of individual product lines and related operating policies is preferred
