Key Responsibilities

Grow organic revenue with clients and maintain an assigned book of business
Lead sales activities with small commercial clients and develop cross-market accounts
Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales for P&C insurance

Required Qualifications

BA/BS preferred
3-5 or more years of directly related industry sales experience
P&C Insurance Broker's license required
Experience with Salesforce and Epic technology
Ability to work independently and anticipate client needs
