Job Summary

Kansas Licensed Litigation Attorney, seeking a highly skilled attorney for a full-time role focused on litigation, claims management, and discovery strategy in a flexible work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage nationwide litigation caseload from inception through resolution
• Conduct thorough investigations and develop strategic discovery responses tailored to individual cases
• Continuously improve national claims program and collaborate with attorneys and clients on case strategy

Qualifications:

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in at least one state
• 5+ years of litigation experience with strong discovery expertise
• Experience in multi-jurisdictional litigation or national claims programs preferred
• Background in transportation, logistics, or related regulatory frameworks preferred
