Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Telehealth Mental Health Therapist.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose behavioral health conditions, formulating treatment plans in collaboration with the health team
• Provide therapeutic interventions, psychoeducation, and support referrals for members needing additional care
• Document member care in the EMR and contribute to the design and implementation of clinical pathways for treatment

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• LCSW, LMFT, or LPC with an active license in Missouri and Kansas
• 3+ years of outpatient experience with adults enrolled in Medicaid or Medicare
• 1+ years of experience practicing telemedicine
• Experience working with underserved populations facing socioeconomic barriers
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and technology-based tools
