Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Telehealth Mental Health Therapist.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose behavioral health conditions and formulate treatment plans
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care and support for members
• Document member care and contribute to the design of clinical pathways for treatment

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• LCSW, LMFT, or LPC with an active license in Missouri and Kansas
• 3+ years of outpatient experience working with adults enrolled in Medicaid or Medicare
• 1+ years of experience practicing telemedicine
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and technology-based tools
• Ability to cross-license in Wisconsin and Michigan
