Job Summary
To support a dynamic mortgage production team, the full-time remote Kansas Licensed Mortgage Associate will manage workflow, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure timely closings while maintaining up-to-date product knowledge.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome Realtors and Clients, managing communication to expedite the mortgage process
- Monitor workflow and ensure compliance with mortgage lending laws and timely closings
- Request and follow up on documentation, performing basic income calculations as needed
Required qualifications
- Kansas Mortgage Associate License (NMLS preferred)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in computer systems and technology, with CRM/Salesforce experience a plus
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor
- Ability to follow up with multiple prospects daily
