Key Responsibilities

• Deliver medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) in a fully remote outpatient setting
• Independently initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment within a structured care model
• Work full-time with various shift options while maintaining patient-centered care

Required Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in one of the specified states
• 2 years of experience in an independent, outpatient setting with buprenorphine prescribing
• Ability to work autonomously in a patient-centered practice
• Private workspace with HIPAA-compliant setup
• Eligibility to practice independently without physician supervision in certain states
