Job Summary
Engaging with patients in their homes, the part-time Per Diem Kansas Licensed Nurse Practitioner will conduct health evaluations, including medication reviews and physical assessments, while utilizing an iPad and clinical workflow to enhance patient care.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct in-home health evaluations, building trusted relationships with patients
- Perform virtual visits and provide various diagnostic and preventive services as needed
- Travel locally within licensed states to meet patients in their home environments
Required qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Kansas nursing license
- Board certification in relevant nursing specialty
- Multi-state licenses preferred
