Kansas Licensed Nurse Practitioner
Job Summary
Engaging with patients in their homes, the part-time Kansas Licensed Nurse Practitioner will conduct in-home health evaluations, building trusted relationships and bridging gaps in care while working remotely within licensed states.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct in-home health evaluations including medication and medical history reviews, physical assessments, and diagnostic tests as ordered
- Travel locally to provide personalized health evaluations and connect patients to appropriate care
- Utilize technology for clinical workflows and virtual visits as needed
Required qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Kansas nursing license
- Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner
- Multi-state licenses preferred
