Kansas Licensed Nurse Practitioner
Job Summary
Engaging with patients in their homes, the part-time Per Diem Kansas Licensed Nurse Practitioner will conduct health evaluations, including medication reviews and physical assessments, while utilizing an intuitive clinical workflow and iPad to deliver personalized care.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct in-home health evaluations lasting approximately 45 minutes, addressing patient questions and concerns
- Build trusted relationships with patients to enhance health outcomes and connect them to appropriate care
- Perform virtual visits as necessary and provide diagnostic and preventive services as indicated
Required qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Kansas nursing license
- Board certification in a relevant specialty
- Multi-state licenses preferred
