Kansas Licensed Nurse Practitioner
Job Summary
Engaging with patients in their homes, the part-time Kansas Licensed Nurse Practitioner will conduct in-home health evaluations, including medication and medical history reviews, physical evaluations, and additional diagnostic tests as ordered, all while using an iPad and intuitive clinical workflow.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct in-home health evaluations to assess and improve patient health outcomes
- Build trusted relationships with patients to facilitate personalized care and support
- Perform virtual visits as needed and travel locally within licensed states
Required qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Kansas nursing license
- Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner
- Multi-state licenses preferred
