Kansas Licensed Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

To support a growing network of in-home health evaluations, a part-time Kansas Licensed Nurse Practitioner will engage with patients in their homes, conducting health assessments and connecting them to necessary care while utilizing an iPad for clinical workflows.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home health evaluations, including medication and medical history reviews and physical assessments
• Build trusted relationships with patients to improve their health outcomes and connect them to appropriate care
• Perform virtual visits as needed and provide diagnostic and preventive services as indicated

Required qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted Kansas nursing license
• Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner
• Multi-state licenses preferred
