Job Summary

Engaging with patients in their homes, the part-time Per Diem Kansas Licensed Nurse Practitioner will conduct health evaluations, review medical histories, and provide personalized care while utilizing an intuitive clinical workflow remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in-home health evaluations, including medication reviews and physical assessments
• Build trusted relationships with patients to improve health outcomes and connect them to necessary care
• Perform virtual visits and provide diagnostic and preventive services as needed

Required qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license in the coverage area
• Board certification required
• Multi-state licenses preferred
