Kansas Licensed Nurse Practitioner
Job Summary
Engaging with patients in their homes, the full-time Kansas Licensed Nurse Practitioner will conduct health evaluations, review medical histories, and provide personalized care while utilizing an intuitive clinical workflow in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct in-home health evaluations, lasting approximately 45 minutes, to assess patients' medical histories and physical conditions
- Build trusted relationships with patients to improve health outcomes and connect them with appropriate care
- Perform virtual visits as needed and provide diagnostic and preventive services as indicated
Required qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Kansas nursing license
- Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner
- Multi-state licenses are preferred
