Kansas Licensed Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the part-time Kansas Licensed Nurse Practitioner will conduct in-home health evaluations, engage with patients to address health concerns, and provide personalized care while utilizing an intuitive clinical workflow remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in-home health evaluations, including medication and medical history reviews, and physical assessments
• Build trusted relationships with patients to improve health outcomes and connect them with appropriate care
• Perform virtual visits as needed and provide diagnostic and preventive services as indicated

Required qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license in the coverage area
• Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner
• Multi-state licenses are preferred
