Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Lead in Emergency Medicine.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess training opportunities and provide training to team
• Create and analyze reports, and conduct payer or practice line analysis
• Support team with daily workflow, quality assurance audits, and other tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of RCM Operations and department tasks
• 2+ years of customer service or call center experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft products; Word, Excel, and Outlook required
• Ability to prioritize workflow and work autonomously
• Demonstrates leadership abilities and strong interpersonal skills
