Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Quality Practice Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Educates community physicians and small provider practices on HEDIS measures and medical record documentation
• Collects and analyzes provider performance data to identify improvement opportunities
• Collaborates with Provider Relations to enhance provider performance in quality and operations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Public Health, Nursing, Psychology, Health Administration, Social Work, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 1+ year of experience in HEDIS medical record review or quality improvement, or 2 years in medical coding or related fields
• Preferred: Master's Degree in a relevant field
• Preferred: Relevant licenses such as CCS, LPN, LMSW, LVN, RN, or similar
• Experience in data and chart reviews to provide consultation and education to providers
