Job Summary

A company is looking for an IDR Reimbursement Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis and development of reimbursement methodologies supporting Open Negotiation and IDR
• Provide in-depth financial analyses on reimbursement rates and dispute outcomes, offering insights for strategy improvement
• Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to implement reimbursement models and optimize IDR processes

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
• Minimum of five years' experience in healthcare reimbursement, managed care billing, or financial analysis
• Deep understanding of provider reimbursement methodologies with at least three years of relevant experience
• Experience in supporting dispute workflows and regulatory reimbursement processes is required
• Strong experience with data analysis tools and leading complex projects
