Kansas Licensed REVIT Electrical Designer

Job Summary

To support complex electrical design projects in large-scale industrial facilities, the full-time Kansas Licensed REVIT Electrical Designer will utilize advanced 3D modeling tools to create detailed electrical systems designs while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize Revit 3D and Smartplant 3D to design and draft electrical systems for buildings and industrial facilities
• Produce key deliverables including power distribution diagrams, electrical schematics, and 3D models while ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards
• Identify scope changes during projects and implement design modifications to maintain budget and schedule

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with a minimum of 5+ years of related electrical design experience, including 5 years using REVIT or Smartplant 3D
• Experience working collaboratively across departments and with multi-disciplined teams
• Understanding of NEC code and ANSI/IEEE standards
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines effectively
• Experience with design for construction, preferably in Design/Build and EPC projects
