Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager - Commercial Surety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and service a designated book of surety business, maintaining regular communication with clients
  • Support the implementation of new bonds and review contracts for relevant information
  • Mentor and train junior-level staff while fostering effective relationships with clients and carriers
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 7 years of surety client services experience, particularly with complex accounts
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience within the brokerage industry
  • Ability to travel as needed and work independently while managing time effectively
