Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager - Commercial Surety.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and service a designated book of surety business, maintaining regular communication with clients
- Support the implementation of new bonds and review contracts for relevant information
- Mentor and train junior-level staff while fostering effective relationships with clients and carriers
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 7 years of surety client services experience, particularly with complex accounts
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience within the brokerage industry
- Ability to travel as needed and work independently while managing time effectively
