  • Assist in claims auditing and manage claims that require research related to other insurances

  • Ability to independently manage workload with minimal supervision
  • Capability to multi-task various work duties effectively
  • Experience in composing professional responses to inquiries
  • Willingness to cross-train on different functions within the TPL team
  • Proficiency in quickly and accurately entering data into spreadsheets and systems
