- Research and verify health insurance plans to provide cost savings to the client
- Respond to inquiries from clients, state and federal agencies, providers, and members
- Assist in claims auditing and manage claims that require research related to other insurances
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Ability to independently manage workload with minimal supervision
- Capability to multi-task various work duties effectively
- Experience in composing professional responses to inquiries
- Willingness to cross-train on different functions within the TPL team
- Proficiency in quickly and accurately entering data into spreadsheets and systems
