Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Kansas Licensed Utilization Management Nurse will utilize clinical expertise to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate healthcare services for members while managing coverage determinations and collaborating with providers.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and coordinate healthcare services to facilitate appropriate benefits for members
• Gather clinical information and apply guidelines to make coverage determinations
• Communicate with providers and identify referral opportunities to enhance service integration

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an adult acute care or critical care setting
• Active and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of residence
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evening hours due to 24/7 operation
• Associates Degree in nursing required; BSN preferred
