Kansas Medicaid Referral Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medicaid Referrals Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to increase referrals for home care and community-based services across Kansas
• Build and maintain relationships with key MCO partners and community organizations
• Educate members and referral partners on available services and support clients through the onboarding process

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience working with Kansas Medicaid or MCOs
• Direct experience with United, Sunflower, Healthy Blue, or Aetna preferred
• Background in referral management, home care, case management, or MCO provider relations
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, social services, or related field preferred
• Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
